Otherwise, your product will be exposed to different chemicals and thus, dullness, darkening, scratches problems may be occurred. You may also experience stone dropping problems and deterioration of the shape on the products.
5. Keep away the diamond, gold and silver products from materials such as perfume, hair sprey, cream, lotion, detergent and soap that may cause stains, wear and color loss problems. Therefore, when you are not using the products, storing them in the special cases/ boxes is essentially important..

7. Diamonds, gold and silver products that have been damaged by improper handling or deformation after contacting with chemical substances will be excluded from the warranty.
