Article 2- Subject
This sales agreement, which is subject to the Law on the Protection of Consumer No 6502 and the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Agreements, is arranged between the ‘consumer’ who ordered the product with defined qualifications and selling price below and the ‘seller’ who owned www.zarejewellery.com, www.shinelinejewellery.com and www.shinelinecollections.com websites.

Article 5- General Conditions
People under the age of 18 can not make purchase at www.zarejewellery.com, www.shinelinejewellery.com and www.shinelinecollections.com web sites. The consumer who confirms this contract electronically refers to confirming the age over 18. The seller is not responsible for any price or content errors that may arise from typographical and system errors on www.zarejewellery.com and www.shinelinejewellery.com and www.shinelinecollections.com.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order with the price shown incorrectly. The consumer, who makes purchase from www.zarejewellery.com, www.shinelinejewellery.com and www.shinelinecollections.com websites, confirms that purchase is not for resale but for personal use.
For the orders given via bank transfer or EFT, the date the order is not the date when the order is released, but the date when the payment is received by the Seller and confirmed at the seller's bank accounts.
For the orders given via bank transfer or EFT, the Consumer agrees that the Seller is going to cancel the given order if the payment is not made within 1 week period starting from the order date. In the event that the payment of the product price is made by customer’s credit card or similar payment method with an unauthorized or unlawful way and where relevant loss are not covered by the financial institutions, consumer, who received the product, required to be sent the product back to the Seller within 3 days.
Article 6- Seller's Obligations
The seller fulfills its responsibilities within maximum thirty days after the receiving the consumer orders. This period may be extended by maximum ten days by prior notification condition.
The Seller can not be held responsible for the late delivery of the ordered product to the Consumer due to any problems encountered by the shipping company during the delivery process of the product to the Consumer. The Seller cannot be held responsible for not receiving the delivery of the ordered product by the buyer at the delivery address. Subject to a justifiable reason, the Seller may supply the Goods at an equal quality and price, without the expiry of the obligation to fulfill the obligation.
Subject to a justifiable reason, the Seller may fulfill the obligation by supplying the products at an equal quality and price, without the expiry of the obligation period. For various reasons, production of the specific products ordered may not be possible. If the seller is unable to fulfill the contractual obligations by claiming the impossibility of supplying the ordered goods or services, the seller shall notify the Consumer prior to the obligation period. All payments related to the product and obligatory documents of the consumer shall be returned to the Consumer within 10 days.
The products ordered can be + -% 10 difference in carat and grams as a result of the handmade production by the Seller. Due to the fact that the rings are set according to the ring size indicated by the receiver, there may be a difference in the gold gauge.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the ordered product to himself / herself or to the person / organization specified in the Delivery Address In order to use the right of withdrawal, the seller must notify the seller through the contact form provided at www.zarejewellery.com, e-mail or telephone and the products shall not be covered by the Article 7- No Right to Revoke Products. The seller has the right not to accept refunds without notification to him. The consumer or third person is obliged to send the invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packing and all other documents and materials in full to the Seller for the product return.
VAT and any other legal liabilities of products are assessed not refundable if the return information blanks defined on the VAT document are not filled and signed and submitted to the seller. During the return delivery, any kind of deterioration, damage or other problems such deviating condition of the documents and products causing by the ‘cargo companies’ is under the responsibility of the ‘Consumer’.
Within 7 working days following the receipt of these documents, the product fee is returned to the customer by the Seller.
Article 7- Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used
Consumers cannot use the right of withdrawal of the products which are produced in accordance with the special requests or customizing/changing of the standard product by additional demands. Briefly, customized products produced in the direction of the consumer’s desires have no right for withdrawal.
Article 8- Authorized Courts
In the implementation of this Contract, ‘Consumer Arbitration Committees’ and the ‘Consumer Courts’ are authorized where consumer or Seller are settled until the value announcement by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Upon execution of the order, the consumer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
